Do you offer custom flavors?
Yes, Contact us, and let us know the flavor you prefer and we will be more than happy to fill your order. Custom flavors will have a small service charge.
My dog is allergic to wheat flour or other ingredients in your cookies.
Can you make cookies with alternate ingredients?
Yes. This is similar to a custom flavor. Contact us and we can discuss your fur baby's special dietary needs and determine a recipe that is compatible with their digestive system.
My dog is older.
Do your cookies have ingredients to help with older dog health?
Yes. We have a product line for older dogs that contain tumeric, ginger, cinnamon, and we can adjust the cookie hardness for dogs with little or no teeth.
What is the shelf life of your dog cookies?
BuddyDawg cookies are made with no preservatives. The shelf life of the cookies is determined by where and how the cookies are stored. Cookies are normally good for 3-5 days in a bowl on a counter, 1-3 weeks in the refrigerator, and about 2-3 months in the freezer.
